Projects by industry

We describe projects by the problem solved rather than by client name. Client names and logos are published only with written permission — the same courtesy we would extend to you.

Ceramics and sanitary ware

The situation

A ceramic manufacturer selling through distributors and project channels had a template-built website with no structured product information. Overseas specifiers could not find specifications, packaging data or test reports, and enquiries arrived asking for information that should have been on the site.

What we changed

  • Reorganised the product structure around both product type and application, so project buyers and retailers can each find their path
  • Built specification tables, packing and loading information and downloadable datasheets
  • Added an English content layer covering installation and application questions
  • Configured hreflang, structured data and overseas hosting with a CDN
Client identity, timeframe and performance figures for this project are available under NDA on request.

Furniture and home furnishing

The situation

A furniture exporter had strong photography but no usable product data online. Buyers could see the design, not the dimensions, materials, load ratings, packaging volume or minimum order quantity — all of which they need before an enquiry is worth making.

What we changed

  • Established a consistent English naming system for product families
  • Added dimensional drawings, material and finish options and container loading references
  • Rebuilt the mobile experience, which is where most overseas buyers first look
  • Structured the catalogue so new products can be published by the client's own team

Machinery and equipment

The situation

An equipment manufacturer was targeting broad category keywords with no search volume from actual buyers. The site had traffic of the wrong kind and no enquiries from engineers or procurement teams.

What we changed

  • Rebuilt the keyword strategy around model numbers, specifications and application scenarios
  • Created technical parameter pages and application case pages
  • Added troubleshooting and selection-guide content for engineers
  • Set up Search Console and GA4 reporting with source tracking on the enquiry form

Hardware, building materials and appliances

Projects in these categories usually revolve around certification, cooperation policy and distribution support.

What we add

Certification and test report pages, because overseas buyers check these before discussing price.

Dealer sections

Distributor and project-partner policy pages, so trade enquiries arrive pre-qualified.

Multilingual support

Language versions matched to the markets you actually sell into, not a long list nobody maintains.

How we present a project

Every case we publish follows the same four-part structure, because a case without a result is just a description.

SectionWhat it contains
BackgroundProduct range, markets served, company size (anonymised where required)
ProblemThe specific commercial problem the website needed to solve
SolutionSite structure, languages, functionality and optimization work carried out
ResultVerifiable outcomes — indexed pages, enquiry volume, ranking movement — or a factual description of what was delivered where figures cannot be disclosed
Why we do not publish invented numbers: a case study with fabricated figures damages the client's credibility as much as ours, because any reader can check. Where we cannot publish data, we describe the work instead.
